New deadline for call in Justice Programme 2014-2020

The DG Justice of the European Commission has published a change of the submission deadline of its Justice Call with identifier JUST-2018-AG-DRUGS from December 5, 2018 to January 16, 2019. The eligible countries are the Member States of the European Union (including their overseas departments), except for Denmark and the United Kingdom. Albania and Montenegro are eligible to participate, too. The call has a total budget of € 2,249,000.

The Justice Programme contributes to the further development of a European area of justice based on mutual recognition and mutual trust. It promotes:

• judicial cooperation in civil matters, including civil and commercial matters, insolvencies, family matters and successions, etc; 
• judicial cooperation in criminal matters;
• judicial training, including language training on legal terminology, with a view to fostering a common legal and judicial culture;
• effective access to justice in Europe, including rights of victims of crime and procedural rights in criminal proceedings;
• initiatives in the field of drugs policy (judicial cooperation and crime prevention aspects.
