Paedriatric Infectious Diseases - ESPID Young Investigator Award 2015 (€ 2,000)

The European Society for Paedriatric Infectious Diseases (ESPID) invites applications for its Young Investigator Award. Deadline for submitting proposals is January 31, 2015. There are two awards available: one for clinical research and the other one for basic research. These awards will be given out to outstanding young investigators in the field of paediatric infectious diseases. The applicant must be less than 40 years of age on the day of the deadline.

The winner will receive € 1,000, free registration, travel (up to € 1,000) and accomodation for the ESPID 2015 meeting, the Young Investigator’s medal and a citation in the Paediatric Infectious Diseases Journal. The winner will be asked to give a 5 minute presentation of their work at the ESPID 2015 meeting.
