Cardiovascular - Lefoulon-Delalande Grand Prize 2013 (€ 500,000)

Institut de France asks for applications for its Lefoulon-Delalande Grand Prize 2013. Deadline for submitting proposals is January 25, 2013. Created in 2002, the Grand Prize will be given each year to a scientist who has made important contributions to cardiovascular physiology, biology, or medicine. Taken in the widest sense, these fields also include developmental biology, genetics, epidemiology, physiology, as well as clinical biology, imaging techniques, therapeutics, and the pharmacology of the cardiovascular system. The prize is worth € 500,000.
