Blepharospasm - BEBRF Research Proposals open for applications
The Benign Essential Blepharospasm Research Foundation (BEBRF) invites proposals for its research grants. Deadline for applications is August 31, 2018. BEBRF offers grants for research directly related to blepharospasm or Meige's Syndrome, both forms of cranial dystonia, Funding is up to $ 100,000.
Research proposals must relate specifically to benign essential blepharospasm and Meige to include new treatments, pathophysiology and genetics, photophobia and dry eye, medical use of marijuana, and use of neuroplasticity training. M.D. or Ph.D. is required for a principal investigator.
The BEBRF is the only organisation solely dedicated to finding the cause and a cure for blepharospasm and Meige.
