Pharmacology - ASPET Scientific Achievement Awards ($ 100,000)

The American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET) invites nominations for its Scientific Achievement Awards. Deadline for submitting proposals is September 15, 2014. New is the David Lehr Award which consists of $ 50,000 per year for two years. Among the other awards are the John J. Abel Award and the Goodman and Gilman Award in Receptor Pharmacology. These awards are between $ 1,000 and $ 5,000.

The Scientific Achievement Awards are given on either an annual or a biennial basis and given to recognize accomplishments either in specific areas of pharmacology or contributions to and accomplishments in the discipline in general.
