Clinical chemistry - AACC Awards and grants 2013 ($ 10,000)

The American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) asks for nominees for its Awards and Grants. The closing date for proposing candidates is December 31 of each year. AACC recognizes and celebrates outstanding contributions through a strong awards program. Most awards go to those in the laboratory field, but some, such as the lectureship award, are often given to people from other disciplines. The Wallace H. Coulter Lectureship Award recognizes an outstanding individual who has demonstrated a lifetime commitment to, and made important contributions that have had a significant impact on education, practice and/or research in laboratory medicine or patient care. Awards and grants are up to $ 10,000.

The AACC is an international society comprised of medical professionals with an interest in clinical chemistry, clinical laboratory science, and laboratory medicine. For further information and an overview of all awards and grants offered by the AACC please click here.
