Nuclear Research - CERN Scientific Associates Programme 2013

CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research is asking for applications for its Scientific Associates Programme. The closing date to submit an application is September 12, 2013. Scientific Associateships are open to established scientists wishing to work at CERN for up to one year while on leave of absence from their home institutes. Extensions may be granted in exceptional cases, however the total duration of the appointment shall not exceed two years. The Associates must remain employed at their home institute during their appointment at CERN.

CERN is one of the world’s largest and most respected centres for scientific research. Its business is fundamental physics, finding out what the Universe is made of and how it works.
