Call for proposals H2020 Excellent Science - ERC Support

The European Commission has published a new call for proposals under the main pillar Excellent Science (ES) of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation - Horizon 2020. The closing date for applications is December 16, 2014. This call 'to dentify and implement novel ways to highlight the work funded by the ERC and reach out a wider public coordination and support action' (ERC-2014-SUPPORT-1) has a budget of € 1,600,000.

Horizon 2020 is the successor of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP). The budget is € 80 billion for the 7 years duration of the programme. Organisations that are involved in research, technological development, and innovation on an international scale and individual researchers can participate in the programme.
