25 tech innovations entering the EIT Digital Challenge 2017 finals

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) organizes the EIT Digital Challenge, a pan-European innovation contest in five thematic categories. The contest aims to detect the best deep digital technology (or deep tech) scaleups that promise to improve the life of Europe's citizens and strengthen the economy. A total of 136 tech companies from 20 EU countries had applied. The best team per category will receive 12 months in the EIT Digital Accelerator and a cash prize of €50,000.

The selected finalists will pitch their deep tech products at the following five final events:
