New NICHE Tenders Indonesia and Mozambique

Nuffic has published new NICHE calls for projects in Indonesia and Mozambique. The call 'Capacity Development of Transnational Law (CAPDEV-TL), Asset Recovery and International Investment Arbitration at the Department of Transnational Law Universitas Indonesia' has a budget of up to € 1,800.000. Deadline is May 7, 2015. The maximum budget of the call 'Improved capacity for affordable quality seed production and utilization in the Zambezi Valley' is € 4,500,000. The call closes June 9, 2015. The Netherlands Initiative for Capacity development in Higher Education (NICHE) is a Netherlands-funded development cooperation programme aimed at sustainable strengthening of higher education and technical and vocation education and training (TVET) capacity in partner countries, thus contributing to economic development and poverty reduction. The programme focuses on the countries and policy priorities identified in the Dutch bilateral cooperation programme. In line with the current development policy of the Netherlands NICHE focuses on four policy priorities:
• Water;
• Food security;
• Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR);
• Security and the rule of Law.
