Paediatrics - KNAW Ter Meulen Grant 2014 (€ 30,100)

The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) invites applications for its Ter Meulen Fund. The next deadline is 1 May 2014. Each year an amount of € 169,000 is available. The grant is up to € 30,100, including travel expenses, accommodation abroad and cost-of-living allowance.

The Ter Meulen Fund (TMF) promotes medical, biochemical and biological research in the field of paediatric medicine. It awards stipends and grants to researchers working at a Dutch university or institute who wish to conduct research abroad. The aim is to gain knowledge that can then be applied in the Netherlands. Funding is awarded in such areas as developmental biology, molecular biology, microbiology, pharmacology, clinical paediatrics, paediatric neurology and child psychology/psychiatry.
