Huntington - Hereditary Disease Foundation fellowships 2013 ($ 56,000)

The Hereditary Disease Foundation asks for applications for its John Wasmuth Fellowships. The closing date to submit a Letter of Intent is August 1, 2013. The fellowships are named in honor of the late John Jacob Wasmuth who was an essential member of the Huntington's Disease Collaborative Research Group and a long-term and valued member of our Scientific Advisory Board. The stipend of the fellowship is between $ 40,500 and $ 56,000 which includes all university fringe benefits plus $ 8,000 for supplies.

The Hereditary Disease Foundation offers opportunities for direct funding of research aimed at understanding the molecular and cellular defects in Huntington’s disease, with a focus on identifying targets for potential HD therapies.
