Neurology - American Academy of Neurology awards 2014 ($ 100,000)

The American Academy of Neurology (AAN) is looking for candidates for its Scientific and Non-Scientific awards 2014. The closing date for nominations is October 30, 2013. Among the scientific awards are the Sheila Essey Award for ALS Research ($ 25,000) and the Potamkin Prize for Research in Pick's, Alzheimer's, and Related Diseases ($ 100,000).

The AAN awards acknowledge significant achievements in neurology ranging from clinical research to creative writing. The awards applaud the achievements of neurologists from their high school beginnings to lifetime accomplishments.
