Specific call COSME for design-based consumer goods open for applications

The European Commission has published a specific call under the EU programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME). The call COS-DESIGN-2015-3-03: Design-based consumer goods closes July 23, 2015. The budget of the call with identifier COS-DESIGN-2015-3-03-1 has a budget of € 11,200,000.

The call aims to shorten the time-to-market of innovative solutions, remove obstacles to wider application of creative solutions, create or enlarge markets for related products (or services) and finally improve the competitiveness of European SMEs in world markets. Moreover, there is an important potential to replicate the innovations not only in participating SMEs but also across the supply-chain while generating important spill-overs.
