NWO publishes call for Partnership Development in new research programme Smart Governance (€ 20,000)

NWO invites researchers to apply for grants for partnership-activities in the first call for proposals of the new research programme Smart Governance. Deadline for submissions is May 28, 2013. This multi-disciplinary programme will contribute to the transition towards more efficient and smart forms of organisation and governance. The programme can be of interest to researchers with a background in economics and business, psychology, sociology, law, public administration, political science and history.

In Partnership Development call researchers may apply for a small grant which can be used for activities to develop partnerships with private, public and societal organisations. The grant should be used to develop full research proposals in the domain of smart governance. A second call for full proposals is set to open in September of this year. The programme is part of the NWO’s Social Infrastructure Agenda. Funding is up to € 20,000 per project. The maximum budget for the call is € 200.000.
