Epilepsy - AES William G. Lennox Award 2015 ($ 10,000)

The American Epilepsy Society (AES) is looking for nominees for the William G. Lennox Award. The submission deadline is June 1, 2015. The award includes a honorarium of $ 10,000. It was established to recognize members of the society, usually at a senior level, who have a record of lifetime contributions and accomplishments related to epilepsy.

The William G. Lennox award is funded by the Lennox and Lombroso Trust for Research and Training established in 1962 to advance and disseminate knowledge concerning epilepsy in all of its aspects - biological, clinical and social, and to promote better care and treatment for persons with epilepsy.

The AES seeks to promote interdisciplinary communications, scientific investigation and exchange of clinical information about epilepsy. Membership consists of clinicians, scientists investigating basic and clinical aspects of epilepsy, and other professionals interested in seizure disorders. Members represent both pediatric and adult aspects of epilepsy.
