Presentations availabe of 2015 I4MS Event: Enhancing digital transformation in manufacturing SMEs

On May 22 I4MS - ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs hosted its second international public event in Brussels. Over 200 industry and innovation professionals gathered to attend several presentations on the project's achievements of I4MS as well as additional funding opportunities for SMEs and medium-sized corporates within the initiative. The event signified the importance of SMEs in Europe's manufacturing industry and their role in the reindustrialisation process for Europe. The presentations of the I4MS Event can be found here.

I4MS - ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs - is part of the Public Private Partnership 'Factories of the Future' (PPP FoF). I4MS complements a portfolio of research and development projects, which focuses on exploiting advances in ICT across the complete manufacturing process chain leading to a modernization of manufacturing in Europe. The I4MS initiative is considered a first trial to pave the way for wider integration of research and innovation in the context of the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme.
