New Breed4Food call published

Researchers from universities and research institutes are invited to submit proposals for a new Breed4Food call. This call is an initiative in which the Breed4Food consortium allocates budget towards relatively small projects of fundamental nature, establishing proof of concept on the basis of the most recent insights from science and technology, adding value to animal breeding. Deadline for submission is 7 September 2015.

The call has a budget of € 390,000: for 4-8 projects a budget of € 50,000 - € 100,000 is available. This budget is to be allocated to project activities
under the conditions of the Dutch 'Kaderbesluit nationale EZ-subsidies'.
