Immunology - ZonMw Priority Medicines Antimicrobial Resistance (€ 400,000)

ZonMw has published a call within the programme Priority Medicines Antimicrobial Resistance. Within this third and last call for proposals, there are restrictions on the research areas for which one can apply. Applications are divided into two categories with different criteria/restrictions:
• Priority Medicines AMR application:
Applications within this category can only apply for grants within the topics of research areas three and five:
Theme 3: New technologies, in particular rapid diagnostics;
Theme 5: Innovative approaches in antimicrobial resistance prevention;

• WOTRO – Priority Medicines AMR applications:
Applications within this category must comply with the general criteria in this call, as well as with the additional WOTRO criteria as described below.
For applications within this category, there are no restrictions with regard to the research areas, as defined in the programme text. However, preference will be given to applications addressing research areas 3 (New technologies, in particular rapid diagnostics) and/or 5 (Innovative approaches in antimicrobial resistance prevention).

The maximum grant is € 400,000 per project, the maximum duration of the project is three years. Deadline for submissions is October 29, 2013.
