Diabetes - two new EFSD grants (€ 100,000)

The European Foundation for the Study of Diabetes (EFSD) has published the two new grants. Deadline for the EFSD/Lilly European Diabetes Research Programme is September 1, 2014. Grants are awarded up to € 100,000 each. Deadline for the EFSD/Janssen Programme for the Study of the Role of the Kidney in Diabetes is October 1, 2014. Again grants are awarded up to € 100,000 each. For both programmes, the duration of each award may be one year or longer.

Please note that there is also an upcoming deadline of July 15, 2014 for the EFSD/Novartis European Research Programme in Microvascular Complications of Diabetes. Grants are awarded up to € 100,000. Available throughout the year are the Albert Renold Travel Fellowships supported by Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). Fellowships will be for up to € 8,000.
