Ilse & Helmut Wachter award - 2014 (€ 15,000)

The Ilse & Helmut-Wachter-Foundation of the Innsbruck Medical University invites nominations for the Ilse & Helmut Wachter award. Candidates must be nominated before May 31st 2014. The award is given for exceptional scientific achievements in all fields of medicine and is open to scientists of all nationalities. Nominations can be made by individual scientists as well as by institutions. The value of the award is € 15,000.

The "Ilse & Helmut Wachter Privatstiftung" was founded in order to further medical science for the welfare of mankind and by doing so, to contribute to the reputation of the Innsbruck Medical University. This shall be accomplished by granting a scientific award.
