Kidneys - Bernd Tersteegen Award 2013 (€ 8,000)

The Verband Deutsche Nierenzentren announces its Bernd Tersteegen Award 2013. Deadline for submitting proposals is July 15, 2013. The award of € 8,000 is intended to expedite internationally the theoretical and practical research regarding the insufficiency of kidney function nephrological and especially in the field of out-patient therapy. Works should be orientated towards solving problems inherent in this sector, both from a theoretical and practical standpoint. Applicants should be physicians, researchers, or engineers who are involved in research in the area of renal failure and renal replacement therapy.
