Mizutani Foundation for Glycoscience - Research Grants 2015 (¥ 7,000,000)

Mizutani Foundation for Glycoscience in Japan invites grant applications for reasearch grants in the field of glycoscience. Deadline for submissions is August 31, 2014. The Foundation provides research grants to outstanding proposals for basic studies on glycoconjugates: their organic chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, cellular biology and medical applications.

Funding is up to ¥ 7,000,000 (approximately € 50,561) for a year. The total budget is ¥ 70,000,000 per annum (€ 505,610). 

The Mizutani Foundation for Glycoscience wants to contribute to the welfare of mankind through promotion of basic studies on glycoconjugates mainly by distributing research grants to qualified scientists regardless of their nationalities or ethnic origins.
